LEGAL NOTICE

This Legal Notice applies to the Chef'n Queen Juice website, products, service, Subscriptions, and related communications ("Chef'n Queen", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing this website, purchasing Chef'n Queen products, or enrolling in a Chef'n Queen subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies and terms posted on this website.
1. FRESH & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Chef'n Queen juices are fresh, perishable food products. Customers are responsible for promptly receiving, refrigerating, storing, and consuming products according to the instructions provided by Chef'n Queen.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage, delays refrigeration, customers handling, failure to retrieve a delivery promptly, or leaving a package unattended after delivery.
2. NON-REFUND/ALL-SALES-FINAL POLICY
ALL CHEF'N QUEEN FRESH JUICE SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our juice are fresh and perishable, Chef'n Queen does not accept ordinary returns or provide refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Failure to accept a delivery
• Missed delivery
• Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer
• Failure to promptly refrigerate the product
• Improper storage or handling
• Packages left unattended after delivery
• USPS or other carrier delays outside Chef'n Queen's control
This policy applies to individual juice purchase and subscription shipments.
Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to waiver, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
3. DAMAGED, SPOILED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a customer receives a product that is damaged, leaking, spoiled, or materially incorrect, the customer should contact Chef'n Queen within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
Chef'n Queen may request photographs of:
• The product
• The product packaging
• The Shipping box
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage
After reviewing the claim, Chef'n Queen may, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected product.
Any remedy is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the individual claim.
4. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Chef'n Queen monthly juice subscription may automatically renew according to the terms presented at checkout.
Before subscribing, customers will be provided with applicable subscription terms, including the recurring charge, billing frequency, and cancellation information.
Customers must provide affirmative consent to automatically renewal where required by law.
Customers may cancel their subscription using the cancellation method provided by Chef'n Queen.
If an order has already been processed, prepared, or shipped before cancellation, that shipment is generally considered a final sale because the products are fresh and perishable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. SHIPPING
Chef'n Queen currently uses USPS for applicable subscription deliveries.
Estimated processing and delivery times is 7-14 business days.
The current monthly subscription shipping and handling charges is $50 per shipment, as displayed during checkout.
Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, holidays, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Customer should contact Chef'n Queen immediately if an address needs to be corrected and before the order is shipped.
7. HEALTH & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
Chef'n Queen products are food and beverage products.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases or medical condition and are not substitute for medical advice.
Customers with allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or concerns about specific ingredients should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before consuming our products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption.
8. INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS
Chef'n Queen makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate ingredient information.
Natural food products may very in appearance, flavor, color, texture, and consistency.
Customers with allergies or severe food sensitivities should review the applicable ingredient information and contact Chef'n Queen before ordering if they have questions.
Chef'n Queen does not guarantee that products are free from accidental cross-contact with allergens unless expressly stated.
9. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Chef'n Queen makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, products availability, descriptions, photographs, pricing, ingredients, packaging, promotions, and other information may change.
Chef'n Queen reserves the right to correct errors and update website information at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chef'n Queen and its owners, employees, contactors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

Chef'n Queen may use third-party providers for payment processing, website hosting, subscriptions, analytics, marketing, communications, and shipping.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for the independent policies, practice, availability, or performance of third-party service.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Chef'n Queen names, logos, photographs, graphics, products designs, website content, written materials, and branding are owned by or licensed to Chef'n Queen unless otherwise stated.
