📦 Shipping Time

Monthly juice subscription orders are prepared and shipped within 7-14 business days after your subscription order or renewal is processed.

Your juices will be shipped through USPS to the Shipping address provided at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Fee

A $50 shipping and delivery fee applies to each monthly juice subscription shipped.

This fee helps cover packaging, handling, and USPS shipping costs associated with safety delivering your juice order.

🧃Fresh Juice Delivery

Because Chef'nQueen juices are fresh products, orders are carefully packaged for shipment. Customers should be available to receive their packages as soon as possible after delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

📍Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before competing your order. If you need to update your address contact Chef'nQueen as soon as possible before your order ships.

Chef'nQueen I not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

📫 USPS Delays

Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside of Chef'n Queens control. The 7-14 business day timeframe is an estimated processing and delivery window, not a guarantee delivery date.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or dose not arrive as expected, please contact Chef'n Queen promptly with you order number and any available tracking information so we can assist you.

🔄 Monthly Subscriptions

Your subscription will renew according to the subscription schedule select at checkout. A $50 shipping fee will apply to each monthly shipment unless otherwise stated in your subscription offer.
