Welcome to Chef'n Queen Juice. By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products, or enrolling in a Chef'n Queen monthly juice subscription, you agree to these Terms & Condition.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. ABOUT CHEF'N QUEEN
Chef'n Queen Juice provides fresh juice products, wellness beverage, juice subscription, and related products.
Chef'n Queen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, pricing, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However:
• Product color and appearance may vary photographs.
• Natural ingredients may vary in color, taste, texture, and appearance.
• Ingredient availability may occasionally require a reasonable substitution.
• Product availability may change without notice.
• Packaging may change from time to time.
Chef'n Queen reserves the right to make reasonable product or packaging changes while maintaining the general nature and quality of the product.
3. FRESH & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Chef'n Queen juices are fresh, perishable food products.
Customers are responsible for properly receiving, storing, refrigerating, and consuming products according to the storage and use instructions provided by Chef'n Queen.
Because our products are perishable, customers should promptly refrigerate juice after delivery.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage, delays refrigerate, customer mishandling, or leaving a package unattended after delivery.
4. ALL SALES FINAL / NON-REFUND POLICY
ALL CHEF'N QUEEN FRESH JUICE SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, Chef'n Queen does not offer refunds, returns of mind, taste preference, failure to accept delivery, or other customer preference reasons.
This includes products purchased individually an products purchased through a monthly subscription.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waiver or limit any or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
5. DAMAGED, SPOILED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Chef'n Queen wants customers to receive their orders in satisfactory condition.
If an order arrives:
• Damaged
• Leaking
• Spoiled
• Missing products
• Containing materially incorrect products
Please contact Chef'n Queen within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
• Order number
• Customer name
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• Photos of the shipping label
• A description of the problem
Chef'n Queen will review the situation and determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a refund for the affected product is appropriate.
Chef'n Queen does not guarantee a refund or replacement when the customer cannot provide sufficient information to verify the issue.
6. MONTHLY JUICE SUBSCRIPTIONS
By enrolling in a Chef'n Queen monthly juice subscription, you authorized Chef'n Queen or it's authorized payment processor to charge the payment method provide according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions may automatically renew untill canceled.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their subscription details before completing enrollment.
A subscription cancellation request must be submitted before the next subscription order is processed.
Once a subscription order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, that shipment is considered a final sale and is not eligible for cancellation or refund except where required by Chef'n Queen under this policy.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Chef'n Queen currently ships applicable juices subscription orders through USPS.
Estimated Processing and delivery time is 7-14 business days.
The current shipping and handling charge for the monthly juices subscription is $50 per shipment, as displayed at checkout.
Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for delays cause by USPS, weather, holidays, natural disaster, carriers interrupted, incorrect address, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If an address needed to be changed, customers should contact Chef'n Queen as soon as possible before the order ships.
9. MISSED, REFUSED, OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES
Customers are responsible for being available to receive perishable products.
Chef'n Queen is not responsible for product that are:
• REFUSED by the customer
• Left outside or unattended after confirmed delivery
• Not retrieved promptly
• Delivered to the address provided by the customer
• Returned because the customer was unavailable
Because our products are perishable, these circumstances generally do not qualify for a refund.
10. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
Chef'n Queen reserves the right to correct pricing error, product descriptions, promotional errors, or other websites errors.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Chef'n Queen may cancel the affected order and issue any refund required by applicable law.
Customers authorized Chef'n Queen and it's payment processor to process payment for purchase and applicable subscription charges.
11. CHARGE BACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact Chef'n Queen first regarding legitimate order, billing, delivery, or product concerns so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law or by the customer's payment provider.
Chef'n Queen reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, unauthorized purchases, or abuse of refund and charge back processes.
12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and special pricing may be subjected to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Promotions cannot be combined.
• Promotional offers have no cash value.
• offers may have expiration dates.
• Chef'n Queen may limit quantities or eligibility.
• Promotional pricing does not necessarily apply to subscription renewals.
13. HEALTH & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
Chef'n Queen juices are food and beverage products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases or medical conditions.
Statement regarding hydration, energy, wellness, beauty, digestion, or other benefits are not intended to constitute medical advice.
Chef'n Queen dose not claim that it's products are a substitute for medical treatment, medication, or professional medical advice.
Customers with medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or concerns about specific ingredients should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before consuming a product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients information before purchasing or consuming our products.
14. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS
Chef'n Queen makes reasonable effort to provide accurate ingredient information.
However, customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before consuming any product.
If you have a food allergy or severe sensitivity, contact Chef'n Queen before ordering to determine whether a product is appropriate for you.
Chef'n Queen cannot guarantee that products are completely free from accidental cross-contact with allergens unless specifically started.
15. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the websites or it's systems
• interfere with website operation
• Submit fraudulent information
• Use automated systems to abuse or disrupt the website
• Copy or misuse Chef'n Queen intellectual property
• Impersonate Chef'n Queen or another person
• Engage in activity that could harm Chef'n Queen, it's customers, or it's website
Chef'n Queen reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Chef'n Queen name, logo, graphic, photographs, products designs, website, content, text, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Chef'n Queen unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use Chef'n Queen content without written permission.
17. CUSTOMER REVIEWS & SUBMISSION
If you voluntarily submit reviews, comment, photographs, testimonials, suggestions, or other content to Chef'n Queen, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
By submitting content, you grant Chef'n Queen permission to use, reproduce, displayed, and publish the content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement we may have with you.
Chef'n Queen may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chef'n Queen an its owners, officers, employees, contactors, agents, and service provider will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase or use of our products.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this website and the effective date will be updated.
Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extended permit by law.
